Sincerity and honesty are inside our DNA. Smea is able to accept a mistake, but not a lie. We require honesty with our customers, suppliers and colleagues, since the important relationship with each of them must not to be based on a deceit.

First of all we must be honest with ourselves: we can’t take short cuts to reach our aims, but follow always a fair and upright behaviour. This means to allow the colleagues acquire skills, letting our knowledge and experience at their disposals. Only an honest conduct and trust in the others capabilities leads to a solid and strong team.
